????Nadia’s POV????
“You owe me big time.” Brianna grumbled as she slid a brown wig on her head.
“I know.” I told her. “Now remember to be really professional while you greet the guests and if you see christian and me, don’t talk or else he’ll know that you’re not me.”
“I already know all this.” Brianna paused. “Hey, are you ok? You look like you’re about to throw up.”
I ran a shaky hand through my hair and it got stuck in my curls.
Damn these stupid curls. Damn this expensive red dress.And damn these ridiculously high gold heels.
“What if I get caught?” I asked her. “I can’t lose this job.”
Brianna enveloped me in a tight hug. “You won’t get caught. I got you Nadia. All you have to do is get through this night and then you’ll ditch the Dakota act.”
“What if he won’t leave me, I mean her alone? I can’t just be here one day and disappear the next.” I reminded her.
“So you’ll repulse him. It’s going to be hard since you look smoking right now but act like a total bitch. He should want to kill you by the end of the night.”
I nodded my head. Suddenly there was a ringing coming
from the phone in Dakota’s room
“Hello?” I picked it up.
“Good evening Ms. Gold, Mr. Taylor is on his way up to your room right now.”
“Thank you.” I hung up.
“Ok, you’ve got to go downstairs.” I told her. “Christian’s on
his way up.”
Brianna hugged me one last time before sliding on her mask
and leaving Dakota’s room. Not even two minutes later
there was a set of hard knocks sounding through the suits. I
took a deep breath and pulled the door open.
Christian was wearing a dark gray suite with a pale blue shirt
on the inside. His blonde hair was licked back away from his face with gel, making his hair appear darker. Christian
smiled and quickly pulled me into a hug. The smell of axe flooded my nose.
Mmmmm.
“Thank you so much for doing this.” Christian breathed into my ears.
I shivered at the euphoric feeling. “You’re welcome.”
Christian let me go then and held out his arm. “Are you ready?”
“Yeah.” I tucked wrapped my arm around Christian’s.
The ride in the elevator down to the ballroom was surprisingly silent. I noticed that Christian kept stealing glances in my direction that made me uncomfortable. There was a goofy smile on his face that would have been cute if it wasn’t for the fact that he wasn’t supposed to like me.
Time to turn on my inner bitch.
When the elevator doors opened I quickly shoved Christian out of the way and strode into the room solo.
“Hey wait up.” Christian muttered.
☑ Brianna POV ☑
“Ohh, I can’t believe I am actually doing this ” I muttered as I carry a tray with glass of wine to serve some people just then someone from nowhere bumped into me making me fall including the glasses breaking into pieces
“What the…!!!! I yelled and looked up to see a beautiful hazel eyes looking at me
“Woah.. Are you okay?? I am really sorry ” he said as he drop to a squat, I was lost in his hazel eyes, he is soo handsome that I could feel my heart beating fast
Is this what they call love at first sight??
????Christian POV????
I can’t believe Dakota just ran off like that, I was looking for her when I mistakenly bumped into a maid… I quickly drop to a squat to ensure that she is okay and I was shocked that she has a small cut on her wrist with little blood dripping out but she care not as she was just looking at me.. I brought out my favorite handkerchief with Letter ‘C’ written boldly on it, I can’t believe I am giving my favorite handkerchief out to a maid.
I pulled her hand forth and slowly wrap the handkerchief on her wrist “I am sorry but I have to go.. Take care of yourself ” I said and went on my way looking for Dakota
☑ Brianna POV ☑
I can’t believe this,, I watched him as he left.. He look like an angel. I looked at his handkerchief which he tie on my wrist and I smiled to myself
“I will keep this forever ” I said to myself just then an idea struck my mind
“How about I start to work as a maid here?? Then I get to see him everyday… Yes Just like Nadia, I will also start working here as a maid
????Nadia POV????
My eyes widened in wonder when I saw the event space for the party. There was a giant diamond chandelier that was in the center of the ceiling. There were also gold and silver sheets hanging down from the ceiling, framing the room in
elegance. The theme for the party must have been gold and
silver because the tables were dressed in those colors as well.
I was startled when I felt a hand grab mine. I turned and saw a confused looking Christian standing next to me.
“Don’t touch me.” I snapped and ripped my hand out of his.
I walked forward and grabbed a champagne flute off of a
passing tray before joining the party. I mixed with the large
crowd, trying to lose Christian. When I felt that he couldn’t
see me anymore, I found an empty table to sit at. I had just
taken my first sip of the forbidden alcohol when the chair
next to me was pulled out. I glanced up in time to see and
attractive guy take the seat
“You are entirely too gorgeous to be sitting alone.” He
announced. He took my hand in his and kissed my knuckles.
“I’m Lewis Taylor.”
I raised an eyebrow. “Any relation to Christian Taylor?
Lewis rolled his eyes. “He’s my obnoxious older brother.” Unlike his brother, Lewis had shaggy brown hair.
“So who are you?” He asked.
“Nadia.” I greeted.
WAIT.
“Beautiful name for a beautiful girl.” Lewis acknowledged.
“What’s going on here?”
We both looked up to see Christian standing at the head of our table with a frown on his face.
“I was just talking to this beautiful girl. Christian meet-“
“I know who she is, Dakota’s my date.” Christian scoffed.
Lewis frowned. “Dakota?”

Now, Brianna has fallen in love with Christian and she is also planning on working as a maid in the hotel..
