Brenda’s POV

I was now on call with Scott.

“Hello Scott, can you kindly come and pick me from here?” I asked thinking I was more polite.

“Is it that you did not have leg to treck to your poor house or you did not have money to chatter a cab?” He asked.

“You can’t understand, please do it for me, at least for today?” I pleaded.

“Okay, say PLEASE!”

“What! Did you just say I should say Please?”

“Seems you are not ready.” He hung up.

I feel like planting a knock on his head already.

I phoned him again.

“Hello Scott, why are you this frustrating?” I was almost crying and he was silent.

“Okay, please.” I said and he was still silent.

“Scott , can you hear me?” I asked.

“I think you should turn.” He answered back and I became confused for few seconds.

I turned nevertheless and saw him standing behind him.

He was so handsome and elegant, I loved his outlook and the beautiful smile that were on his lips.

“Scott!” I called and he just peeked at me.

“I never knew you were here already.” I said and he started walking away.

I trailed him with my eyes and saw him enter a car, I joined him and sat at the front seat beside the drivers seat.

He began to drive.

“So…why do you want me to come and pick you?” He asked.

I let out a sigh as I wonder if telling him about the chef is right, it’s embarrassing and I have no one to tell.

I think I’d just spill it to him.

“My boss at my place of work is frustrating me…I’m tired of him.” I confessed.

“What did he do?”He asked as he continued driving.

” He’s lu-sting after me and wants to make love with me.” I said.

“Because you’ve got a nice figure 8.” He said and I spank him on his shoulder.

I looked away shamefully.

“Won’t you say something?” I asked looking at the side of his face.

He turned to me and smirked.

“If he loves you, love him back, is it that hard?” He asked.

“Don’t you get? lust is different from love, he never loved me, he’s only lusting after me…he was the one you saw at my place the last time you came.” I said and he turned at me for few seconds before concentrating back on his drivng.

I wonder why he seemed surprised.
