I smile back at him, staring into his eyes as he stares right back at him. I don’t know what I’m doing and I don’t know what he’s doing either. He’s probably doing this in front if his parents so we would prove what we have just lied about. Been madly in love with each other.

“Awnn, you guys are such cute couples. I love your love story and you have barely taken eyes off each other. ”
Gwen says next to me and I chuckle with a slight nod of my head before finally digging into my food after stealing one more glance at Bryan who had already start eating.

“So Tamara, I heard that your father suddenly went bankrupt but he has been holding quite well unto dear life and is actually making it back. ”
His father says and I swallow the pancake before turning to look at him, dropping my fork and nodding.

“Yes sir. Has been improving these past few days. ”
I smile at him and he nods.

“Bryan also told me that he had met you in many business meetings and parties, mind if I ask. Do you have any interest in your fathers business? ”

“I don’t mind sir and about your question, I do. I really do because I love everything that had to do with negotiating and deals. I see the world in a way that has to do with give and take. Business doesn’t necessarily have to be like that, I’m very sure of that one but again, we all have to make something at the other side. ”

“Wow, those are very good words coming from a woman Tamara. I love it. ”
He smiles at me and I gently bow.

“Thank you sir. ”

“Then you must not mind me asking this question also, did you studied business administration? ”
He raises his brows at me in a very likely way that Bryan does and I smile before nodding.

“I had studied publishing at school actually then after seeing dad go on business meetings and do negotiations. Every this and that, I actually took interest in business so I went back once again to study it. ”
I smile, remembering how proud dad had been when I told him I would like to go back to school and study business.

“Wow, you’re a very intelligent woman. I’m sure that your father must be very proud to have you as his daughter if I’m this proud to have to as a daughter in law. ”
I can feel my cheeks heats up and I’m smiling once again.

“Thank you sir. ”
I mutter and he nods before gesturing for me to continue with my meal which I gladly did.

“Do you think you have any younger sister my age? I will love to get married to someone like you since my brother has already taken you away. ”
Dean says out of the blue and the whole room bursts into a fit of laughter.

“Or even younger brother my age? I will also like to get married to someone like you. ”

“You’re sixteen and you’re thinking of marriage right now. Eat that food and go do your calculations! ”
Stephan scolds Gwen, finally speaking to and I’m surprised at the melodious tone of his voice.
It sounded so sweet and as if he were singing.

“Stephan.. ”
I call, dropping my fork and wiping my mouth and he turns to me with a brow raised.
What’s with guys and raising their brows anyways or is it just this family’s gene?

“Are you studying for music? Your voice sounds really sweet.”
I smile at him and he chuckles before shaking his head.

“I told you, didn’t I? I told you you should apply for it. He isn’t actually, he wants to take after Bryan. Business. What’s with men and business anyways? ”
Gwen rolls her eyes and I chuckle.

“Not me. I really want to become a singer. ”
Dean says and Gwen bursts out laughing.

“Hello, have you ever listened to your voice? ”
And we are all laughing once again. Full on, heart warming laughter. This family is really a perfect one.

I catch Bryan’s amidst laughing and it’s the first time that I would ever see him laugh, laugh so hard like that. The kind that makes his eyes brightens and his skin glows in a certain way and I’m jealous of it.

He look towards me but I’m quick to look away, my breathing heavy.

“I have had the maids prepare a room for the both of you. You must be very tired after the long trip. ”
Bryan’s mother says as she walks over to me and I smile before shaking my head.

“Since you’re already both married. I didn’t bother about preparing two rooms. You two should be alright with sharing one. ”
What?

I turn to look at Bryan and he’s also staring at me.
Spending the night together in a room. Alone. With him?
