“That was a close one son. Just hope no one suspects you.” My dad said after the policemen had left.
“They won’t dad.” I said in confidence. I play my game well. “Let me go and quickly take my bath then go to the hospital.” I added and left for me room
Twenty minutes later, I was driving out of my compound towards the hospital.
I soon reached there and parked my car and got down, locking my car and entering the hospital.
I was greeted by every staff in the hospital, especially the female staff.
I forced myself to smile at every greeting as I walked to my office.
I opened the door to my office and saw some policemen, they probably came with the deceased family, and Devara Pathi’s wife and daughter, Vivian. The two of them were seated already. I greeted everyone and went to my seat.
“I am just arriving and I haven’t done the postmodern on your husband’s corpse yet ma’am.” I said in my professional voice.
Mrs Pathi nodded her head.
“I will go and check on his dead body right now.” I said getting up from my seat and wearing my lab coat and walking out of my office.
I entered the ward where Devera Pathi’s burnt body and others lay on different laboratory beds and smiled once I was standing next to his dead body.
I was all alone in the room ward and I beat his burnt body until I was satisfied.
“Who has the last laugh now? Don’t worry, you won’t be alone forever, others will join you one after the other.” I told him and left the ward.
I went back to my office and went back to my seat.
“I found nothing on him.” I told Mrs Pathi. “Ma’am, whoever did this to your husband is a devil and must be brought to book.” I added and faced the policemen still in my office, “Do you understand, he or she must be brought to book.”
“It is a he.” Mrs Pathi said. “I was with him when the kidnapped called and demanded money for the release of my daughter. He left the house at that ungodly hour and did not return alive.” She added and started crying.
I cried alongside with her.
“Can’t you remember the face of your kidnapper?” I asked Vivian, cleaning my fake tears from my chin. “Maybe it would give the policemen a lead. That thief will be brought to justice.” I added hitting my table very hard.
“I can’t remember a thing. All I could remember is that I woke up in my car and when I got home, mum asked me if my kidnapper had freed me and…I don’t remember anything.” Vivian replied to my question.
Of course you won’t a thing stupid. I injected you with Hypomacene. A drug which would make you think you fainted and you won’t even remember all that is going on around you. A very rare drug.
“Don’t worry, everything will soon be alright, the police will catch the culprit soon.” I told her.
Few minutes later, they left my office and I was alone. My evil smirk that I have been trying to keep away since I entered my office, slowly emerged.
The Indian policemen should better get ready…..my next victim is coming soon.

I ended the call I just received and stood up from my bed.
I needed a quickie. I left my room not without wearing a condom and went to Ashwini room and knocked.
She opened the door for me smiling widely when she saw me.
“Hi darling, good morning.” She greeted me making the chance for me to pass and she closed the door.
Once the door was locked I body slammed Ashwini against the door and dragged her top over her head, kissing her neck.
Thankfully, she was wearing a long top that reaches her thighs.
I lifted her up, and she wrapped her legs around me. She wasn’t that tall.
“Quiet Ashwini. We don’t want the whole house to know what we are doing,” I said.
“I can’t control it if my darling is going to be this good. I couldn’t care less about the people being in the house,” she told me, thrusting her hip forward.
“Okay.” I said and pulled her much higher and closer.
I set my gaze on her, she was smiling at me.
Having love with her doesn’t mean I love her. I don’t love her but she didn’t know.
She was just a great lady to me. No feeling attached.
There are only two reasons why I was just playing along with her, pretending to love her when I don’t. My first reason is because of my sister, Taru.
As long as Taru is on scholarship to study law in America, Ashwini has every right to sue my sister for fraud and Taru scholarship will be taken away from her and given back to Ashwini.
I did not want that to happen to my beloved sister, so I had to play along, pretending as if I really like the ‘Darling’ she keeps calling me but meanwhile it was the opposite. That name really annoys me.
And for my last reason, I and my father had always sent her for dangerous jobs and she carried it successfully. Did I forget to tell you she is stubborn?
Speaking of dangerous jobs…..
“Kaane has refused to stop his ship from coming into Bombay. He is daring us Ashwini.” I told her. The call I had received was from him, he was mocking me.
Kaane was one of our clients who buys cocaine from us in large quantity, but when he saw that we are the only ones selling it in Bombay and some parts of India. He started his own.
Some people had wanted to start doing the same business but couldn’t. Once I tell Ashwini, she goes there and after and just one word or punch from her, they quickly had a change of heart.
In Bombay, the name of Ashwini sends fears down everyone’s spine.
“Don’t worry my darling, Kaane ship won’t be nearing the wharf.”
And as she has said it, it is truly done, Kaane ship won’t be touching Bombay wharf.
I wasn’t using her, I was just using her strength and her…..body.
