I sit on the longest couch in the living room watching TV while Xavier is preparing lunch.

He has been the best husband ever, he is the one doing the cooking and cleaning, he didn’t allow me to stress myself, I am now fat due to excessive eating, don’t blame me, it’s my hormones.

A sudden knock came through the door.

“Xavier someone is knocking ” I whines.

“Go check it I am busy” He yell from the kitchen and I grumble.

“I am tired” I whines.

“Just go check it” He said tiredly and I chuckle.

I have been stressing him lately.

I opened the door and shift back in fear.

It’s Xavier Mom and Bethel.

They fell on their knees immediately, apologizing.

“I am sorry “Xavier mom cried and I lift them up.

“It’s fine” I said still in shock.

I lead them in and I walk to the kitchen to call Xavier.

He notice my presence in the kitchen, he walk up to me and kiss me on my lips.

“Did you need anything “He cooed but I fiddle my shirt tip nervously.

“You are having a visitor ” I said slowly.

“Don’t you know the person ” He ask and I shook my head.

“Let’s go then” He said and lead the way while I trail behind him slowly.

He got there and was shocked to see his mom and Bethel.

“What are you doing here” He asked angrily and they fell on their knees immediately.

“We are sorry “Bethel begged.

“So you lead them in? “He turn to me and I bow my head immediately.

“I am sorry “I apologized and he scoffed.

“You made her lose my baby and you think you deserve my forgiveness “He said trying to control his anger.

I fell on my knees also begging him.

“You are even apologizing on their behalf after all what they’ve done to you? “He points to them.

“To err is to human but to forgive is divine, please forgive them” I begged and he lift me up.

“It’s fine ” He said finally and he walk to them.

He raise them up and hug them passionately.

Max walk in at the moment.

He gave Xavier a manly hug and hug me gently after greeting Xavier mom .

“Where Is my Ice cream “I ask and he cover his mouth.

“Oh my God, I forgot to buy it? “He said and I burst into tears.

He hug me immediately petting me, after a long time I stop crying.

We walk together to the dinning while Bethel keep blushing, I wonder what is making her blush.

I glance at Max and u realize that he is the one winking at her.

I shook my head at their silly act while Xavier feed me slowly.
