I alighted from the plane that I had taken to America, I took a cab straight to my house.
As I entered the room, I saw Rose laying on the biggest couch in the livng room
“Ethan is here.” Martha said and Raise stood at once
she turned to me and on seeing me, she jumped from the chair and ran to me.
I hugged her in my arms and she bursted into cry.
She cried so hard in my shoulders.
“I also wanted our marriage to be the best, but I can’t help all these challenges we are facing, I believe we will come out glorious.” I said those words of encouragement to her.
Rose disengaged with me after a while and I turned at Martha.
“Thanks Martha, I’m grateful for staying firm with my wife.” I appreciated Diana.
“You are welcome, sir.” She answered and sat.
“Did you say you have Evans in your custody?” I questioned.
“Sure…I’ll lead you to him.” She said and I followed her to the room that Evans was.
I saw that he had been tied.
“Why will you be this cruel just because you wanted Rose back?” I asked him.
“Brother, Rose belongs to me and you know that, I only went away for five months and you have made love with her already, you are the betrayal here?”He said.
” Am I?” I asked and sat at the edge of the bed.
“You told your men to kidnap me for what exactly? what have I done wrong? you are so wicked, trust me…” I said to him.
“Just give me Rose back.” She said.
“How is that possible, she’s not a commodity that I can just give you, firstly , she is now a mother to my baby, secondly, she has her own decisions to make, she had decided to marry me….there are many other beautiful ladies from which you could chose from, why must it be Rose?” I asked.
“Release me, let’s talk like brothers?” He said.
“We are no longer brothers…” I said.
“But I did not tell my men to hurt you, if I was a wicked brother, I would tell them to hurt you or kill you.” He said.
“Where is my baby?” I asked him.
He laughed hard and swallowed.
I stood angrily and slapped him hard, I don’t know how it happened, but a teeth of his flew away from his mouth.
