Kayden’s Pov

I came out of the swimming pool with water dripping down from my body, I walked closer to where Nolan was.

F**k!
What is Dylan doing with him?

“Hey Kay… ” she called immediately she noticed me.

“Nolan why did you invite her ” I ignored her question while I faced Nolan with anger glinting in my eyes.

“C’mon, is that how to welcome your guest? ” he winked at me as he used his shoulder to hit.

“She isn’t my guest because I didn’t invite her here.” I snarled at him

“Nolan, don’t worry. I’ll see you later. ” she said to Nolan who tried to stop her from going but I retrieved him back.

“What the hell are you doing. ” I smirked at him

“Kay, that was rude. She was just here to apologize for what happened at the concert. ” He explained but I shrugged it off with a scoff.

“I don’t need her apology again. ” I replied him bluntly.

“Jeez! I don’t know when you will change because you’re becoming unbearably for me to handle day by day. ” He complained but I grinned at him.

I grabbed a whiskey from one of the server that was walking around with tray of whiskey.

I gulped the whole whiskey and I dropped it on another waiter that I saw.

“Hey… Where is the new babe? I couldn’t see her around. ” He asked as he stretched his neck.

“Looking for someone to insert that your expired d**k in? ” I raised a brow at him

“What ever. I just want to see her ”

“Well you can look around because I ain’t her bodyguard. ” I replied him huskily.

Suddenly I heard a big splash behind me, I turned around to look and I saw the girl my mom bought in struggling in the water.

“There she is…. Oh no! She’s drowning. ” Nolan said with a cringe look.

I watched her as she struggled in the water, when she knows that she didn’t know how to swim, why did she dived in? Is she seeking for attention from my guest?

Nonsense!

“Kayden, save her! She’s dying ” Nolan shakes me violently.

she was already drowning. jeez!

I took a step forward when I saw someone swimming towards her. The person grabbed her by the waist and helped her out the water.

she was placed at the edge of the swimming pool while the guy that saved her pressed her chest. After some minutes of doing that, she vomited the water out.

“She’s saved. ” Nolan beamed as he dragged me to where she was lying.

I watched her lying body on the floor, she was putting on a top and long trouser. Really! Is this a club party or what ?.

The guy that saved her raised up his head and I was shocked to the body to see Nicolas.

“Nicolas! ” I exclaimed out.

“I hate this party! ” The new girl grumbled before she stood up and stormed away from the party.

“What the f**k are you doing here? ” I referred my question to Nicolas who stood up from his kneeing position.

“What did you think? Your mom invited me here, that’s all! ” He replied me with an evil grin.

“Mom? ”

“Well, your party looks really rocking, so if you won’t mind, I wanna have some fun. ” He winked at me before he left me gobsmacked.

“God dammit ” I cursed.

“Hey! Who is he? ” Nolan asked me.

“He is my rival at my dad’s company for f**k sake! ” I rasped before I left him.

Riele’s Pov

I slammed the door on myself angrily. I hated this party and this God damn mission.

I can’t believe that I almost killed myself all in the name of a useless mission that looks impossible to me.

Yes! Because I saw the mockery look on kayden’s eyes when I was pulled outta the water.
He’s not only a snub but he is also heartless to me.
“F**k ” I snarled.

This is a deadly mission to be. I can never achieve what am here for. If not for that guy that saved me, I would have been dead now.

But talking about the guy that saved me, I didn’t thank him neither did I know his name.

But can I find him again among this crowds?.
